There was no one at the hotel who spoke or understood English well enough to communicate adequately with us; it was difficult to make ourselves understood and to understand them. Also, arranging for parking with an adjoining hotel was a hassle -- Sirius had no staff member to assist us with that or to assist with bags. Hotel reception simply sat behind the front desk. There should at least be someone that person could call to translate over the phone if the need arises. Hotel staff should assist in car parking arrangements.
